Walking Dead Star Kelly Mack Succumbs To Cancer At 33

Kelly Mack, an actress known for her role as Addy in Season 9 of The Walking Dead, has died at the age of 33. She passed away on August 2 at her home in Cincinnati after battling a rare form of brain cancer.

Born Kelley Klebenow on July 10, 1992, she studied cinematography at Chapman University and began her career as both an actress and producer. Her breakout performance came in 2018 as Addy, a member of the Highwaymen, on the AMC series The Walking Dead. She went on to appear in more than 35 television and film projects, including roles in Chicago Med, 9-1-1, and the thriller Broadcast Signal Intrusion.

In addition to acting, she produced and starred in several independent projects, including the short film Delicate Arch and the recently released feature Universal, where she served as executive producer and co-star.

Mack was surrounded by family at the time of her passing, including her mother and aunt. Loved ones described her as a bright and passionate presence whose impact reached far beyond the screen.

She is survived by her parents, siblings—including her brother Parker—and her longtime boyfriend. A memorial is scheduled for August 16 in Ohio.
